HSE Coordinator for Cargill Canopus Project in Constanta Port. The project is based on building 10 new high capacity grain storages and modernizing 2 older ones Working directly with the Cargill General Project Manager on all HSE matters Performing JSA and PRA at the beginning of every task. Holding interactive Tool Box Talks and LOTO reminders with all of the employees. The job consists in analyzing tasks to be performed daily by the contractors and emitting corresponding work permits such as Drilling Permits, Fire Permits, Confined Space Permits, Height and Roof Permits, Crane, Forklift and Heavy Equipment Permits. Created and implemented General Risk Assessment and Standard Operating Procedures for various tasks. Daily inspections are performed throughout the site on a constant rate ensuring that all of the HSE laws and regulations are properly followed. Performing weekly and monthly Health, Safety and Environment audits and fire drills, grounding and bounding inspections with a contracted electrician. Elaborated Emergency evacuation Plans for all occupied buildings
