- handling of correspondence, phone calls, fax messages, e-mails, procurement of office supplies, filling, protocol. - manage invoices, cash and bank - arrange the payment of invoices - make individual labour contracts for employees, make and keep the up-date data base concerning employees (time sheet, salaries, vacation, medical vacation) - make and keep the up-dated data based concerning the incoming and outgoing of cargo, prepare all documents related to transport and shipping of containers - compile travel and trip tickets, make reservations for business trips
- keep the primary booking - keep the evidence of suppliers (records, update, statements) - keep evidence of employees (personnel files, time sheet, salaries, vacation)
- perform all duties related with personal cleaning, administration of pills and food, help with movement, with clothing
- prepare individual labour contracts for the employees, make and keep files with personal data of the employees ; - make and keep the up-date database concerning employees ; - make and keep record for all activities concerning the employees ( time sheet, vacations, salaries) ; - manage the invoices, cash and bank; - perform the verification and registration of the invoices; - arrange the payment of the invoices and the subsequent filing; - verify the invoices issued from Subcontractors/ Suppliers with the works progress statements; - maintain relations with the local bodies, and territorial trade-union organizations; - prepare the economic and financial budget in cooperation with Site Manager/ Technical Manager; - ensure the correct administrative management of personnel; - manage the camp (houses, facilities); - cooperate with the SM in the identification of costs and the issue of cost control documents for the project.
