Ensuring all the legal permits, aprovals and authorizations in relation with the following institutions ANAR, ANRM, CJ, ANM,etc )and sustaining all the inspection and controls regarding the specific field reglementations.

Coordinating the logistic activity of the company, following the delivery graphics, of the clients orders in order to achieve a better operational environment and improving the client relations.
Identifying and materialiazing the investment opportunities in mineral aggregates, composing a business plan together with Austrian investor, budgeting the investments, buying production equipments. (stone and gravel washing and crushing plant). Obtaining all legal permits and aprovals in order to function (CJ, ANM, ANAR, ANRM, MF ). Selecting and hiring the team members according to job descriptions, including training them to fulfill the company requirements. Identifying new opportunities for investments in order to obtain an economic efficiency, developing the products variety and increasing the market value.
