    Obiectivul meu principal  a fost colectarea/recuperarea in măsură cat mai mare a sumelor datorate de către debitorii din portofoliul meu, în condiţii de legalitate, eficienţă operaţională, diplomaţie, persuasiune şi fermitate. 
    Functia mea a presupus următoarele responsabilităţi majore:
    - întocmirea dosarului de colectare/recuperare a creanţei de la un debitor;
    - negocierea planului/programului de recuperare a creanţei;
    - comunicarea telefonică cu debitorii si giranţii;
    - notificarea debitorilor şi giranţilor;
    - monitorizarea respectării înţelegerilor de plată agreate cu debitorii/giranţii;
    - raportarea stadiului colectării/recuperării creanţelor din portofoliu.
    De asemenea, pe baza responsabilităţilor avute, a trebuit sa realizez o multitudine de activităţi concrete, cum ar fi:
    - acţiunile de colectare specifice pentru fiecare creanţă din portofoliul alocat de către şeful ierarhic;
    - contactarea clientului/girantului în scopul obţinerii unui acord de plată şi întocmirea unui grafic de rambursare;
    - apelarea telefonică a debitorilor în vederea recuperării debitului sau în cazul nerespectării obligaţiilor contractuale şi consemnarea concluziilor discuţiei telefonice;
    - transmiterea notificărilor către debitori/giranţi / angajatorii acestora;
    - raportarea către seful ierarhic a problemelor legate de procesul de colectare (formal/informal);
    - urmărirea modului in care debitorii respectă acordurile de plată şi adoptarea de noi măsuri de colectare;
    - întocmirea rapoartelor specifice la cererea conducerii;
    - informarea şefului ierarhic despre apariţia oricărui caz de fraudă sau suspiciuni de fraudă;
    - raportarea situaţiilor în care recuperarea trebuie să se realizeze prin executarea poliţei de asigurare pentru riscul de neplată/deces;
    - actualizarea dosarului de colectare/recuperare.

    I was responsible for maintaining a complete debt collection portfolio using the support framework designed. i.e.: learning policy and procedure for accessing letters, sources of needed information and scheduling requirements to achieve successful recovery.

    I had to be able to work unsupervised after the initial training by holding the percentage of debt recovery on the collection desk at industry standards. Minimizing losses while cost effectively estimating probability of successful recovery and implementing decisions on a course of action.
    
    Highest number of satisfied clients in my work group and double the percentage of debt recovery target.
