Fulfilling daily Secretarial activities - Receiving and directing phone calls - Receiving visitors - Ensuring protocol in meetings, according to daily requirements - Receive, record, distribute to departments involved, filing and archiving of correspondence and messages received from partners, customers and other employees - Drafting business correspondence necessary to perform daily activities - Ensuring the transmission of documents by post, fax, e-mail - Updating the documents database - Booking of hotels for external partners, etc.. - Drafting and editing documents and statements required by management - Providing administrative support to all departments of the company - Handling all visa application requests for our external business partners and also for my colleagues.Making sure that all the documents requested by the authorities were submitted in a timely manner, drafting the documents and finding out all the information required in order to apply for visas, depending on the destination.
Managing assets and funds; - Collection in specific places, of the owners contribution quotas of the running costs of the owners' association; - Payments and revenue collection; - Check of contracts between the legal entities, owner’s association members and service providers (water, gas, electricity and heating, sanitation etc.). - Supervision of the execution of the repair works and maintenance services and attending to their reception, registering their finalization, making payments according to the appropriate stage of work; - Control of the owners' association staff for cleaning, loading and garbage disposal and other activities regarding the fulfilment of the contractual obligations.
