Duties include, taking orders, serving orders , pool and lobby bar.
Provides food service including breakfast to guests in their staterooms and/or various venues.
As assistant bartender, my duties were to keep hygiene and clean the bar, and to serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, drinks that were in the hotel menu. As assistant waiter, I had to perform the mise-en place for breakfast, lunch and dinner, to clean the tables, to clean glasses, and to prepare my forks, knives, spoons, napkins each time before opening the restaurant. Sometimes I was preparing and replenish the buffet and cleaning at the end of the service. I worked at the main restaurant, helping the main waiter to serve food, I was taking orders for drinks, and clean tables.
Working in this Chinese fast-food my duties were to: • place the food in the shelves, as aesthetic and as easily visualized by the client, according to its sale, adapt labels and posters according to current requirements, • check hygiene of the area, • serve food to the customers, • check the validity of the exhibited products, • respond to customer information, problem solving and customer satisfaction at the same time, • observe verbal and written instructions given by superiors. Sometimes,I was working as a cashier, and my dutie was collect the money for the food and drinks.
My work as a chambermaid was to take care and to provide all that was necessary for hotel rooms and other areas of the hotel, for guests. I had to clean the rooms, hallways and other areas of the hotel, manually or using cleaning equipment. My duties in the rooms was to change the sheets in the room, to change soaps, shampoos, shower gels, towels, and other items necessary and provide food and drinks included in the hotel services.
