▪ Project monitoring and reporting: I work extensively in the WP 3 Evaluation, but also on Satisfaction and Needs Assessment, within EU-funded projects; I create comprehensive evaluation plans and adequate qualitative and quantitative evaluation tools; I liaise with project partners on data collection and compile intermediate and final evaluation reports; I compile general project reports, in close collaboration with the financial department; I perform other administrative tasks, such as archiving; ▪ HR & subcontracting: finding and recruiting experts, writing subcontracting, individual and company contracts for national and international partners within the WP managed; negotiating comprehensive Job Descriptions as appendices to contracts; supporting our Public Commercial Tender Team in writing subcontracting contracts and quality surveillance templates; ▪ Research-related tasks: : I develop/review qualitative and quantitative research designs, tools and instruments, together with the Project Managers, the Statistics Team, and other project partners (Focus Group guidelines, data collection instruments, interview guidelines, survey questionnaires etc.); I brief local experts on how to use them and supervise the sampling of instruments (mainly as part of the needs assessment process); I manage the data gathering process, review and interpret the final data; I write data reports, including policy and project recommendations; I incidentally support our Acquisitions Team with documentation on the Terms of References for our public tenders; ▪ Communication and networking: I create content for presentations, newsletters, websites and other marketing tools; I continuously liaise with our international partners on various issues; regular translation work, mainly involving English/French/Romanian; I represent the foundation at various national and international project meetings and other events; ▪ Project development: I document technical annexes for new project and tender proposals in the OSH, rural, and HR development sector (EAHC, ESF, the Swiss-Romanian Cooperation Programme or Leonardo Da Vinci funding schemes); I handle all the administrative details pertaining to the bidding process, in close cooperation with international partners; ▪ Event management: I (co)organize various events, such as project meetings, regional workshops, brainstorming sessions and so on, and actively take part in them; ▪ Examples of projects handled: MHP-Hands (mental health), PHWork (chronic illnesses), HproImmune (immunization of health care professionals), euFAQT (youth and smoking), EWA (alcohol and workplaces), PSCR (rural development). ▪ Stakeholders and partners: Executive Agency for Health and Consumers, European Network for Workplace Health Promotion, European Public Health Alliance, Ministries of Health, local government agencies and so on. Business Development & Account Management: I work as a Junior Account Executive bringing in new clients from the French-speaking market, i.e. Africa and Canada. I present our offers and negotiate contracts, I find new company contacts and set up an approach strategy. I work closely with the purchasing team in finding the most suitable products and package offers and I update databases. Marketing & Translation: Daily English-to-French and Romanian-to-French translations for our international teams and marketing materials. We work online, HQ in Amsterdam, while I work from Brasov with a young, dynamic team.
