Teach math to 5 classes ranging in size from 18-28 students, including several receiving special education services. Prepare pro bono 8th grade students for national assessment tests. Provide pro bono after-school academic assistance to 5th, 6th and 7th grade students in math subject area.
-assists as a technical manager in implementation of tourism project "Constanta, primul pas în lunga ta călătorie - promovarea zonei turistice Constanţa-Mamaia", cod SMIS 3877; Implementation period: 24 months (2011-2013); -assists in identifying programmes and new funding opportunities; -follows up the contracts concluded by Constantza Municipality; -monitors and manages project budget; -audit of the payment process; -keep abreast of new legislation; -travel occasionally, both domestically and internationally, to collect data and to share examples of good practice.
Multitask person: - assisting in preparing Feasibility studies for different local authorities, as well as providing consultancy for facilitating the access to European non-refundable funds; - strategic procurement: organising and developing the database of suppliers and prices, preparing the necessary documentation for the purchase operations (forward the order, check the invoices, transport services, cooperation with Accounting Department in order to make payments); - marketing & sales responsibilities: presents and promotes its products & services; offers consultancy to potential customers about products & services; offers basic troubleshooting and support to customers for products & services; ensures customer satisfaction by responding to a variety of customer inquiries and complaints.
-investigating and planning the most appropriate route for a shipment, taking account of the perishable or hazardous nature of the goods, cost, transit time and security; -negotiating contracts, transportation and handling costs; -obtaining, checking and preparing documentation to meet customs and insurance requirements, packing specifications and compliance with overseas countries’ regulations and fiscal regimes; -offering consolidation services by air, sea and road – ensuring cost-effective and secure solutions to small shippers with insufficient cargo to require their own dedicated units; -liaising with third parties to move goods (by road, rail air or sea) in accordance with customer requirements; -arranging payment of freight and other charges or collection of payment on behalf of the client; -utilising internet technology and satellite systems to enable real-time tracking of goods; -arranging air transport for urgent and high-value freight and managing the risk door to door; -work closely with customers and third parties to ensure smooth operations to deadlines; -maintaining communication and control through all phases of the journey, including the production of management reports and statistical and unit cost analysis; -maintaining current knowledge of relevant legislation, political situations and other factors that could affect the movement of freight.
Providing trans/shipment documents for transit cargo, which means: - administrative functions, monitoring of transit cargo, - ensure trans/shipment documents are complete and law compliant, - coordinate/ arrange for custom clearance for all transit containers, - correspondence with final port destination to ensure smooth and timely cargo delivery, - unloading/loading lists, cargo manifests for trans/shipment containers by using “LARA “ system, - coordinate and inform all relevant parties in a timely manner, inclusive of forwarders, warehouse receiving team supervisor and Management.
Ability to plan and implement high quality mathematical lessons, analyze and use data, and build strong relationships with students.
