As a maintenance coordinator I have to complete the following tasks: - Give support to the maintenance technicians and coordinators in the production unit. - Supervise the procedures and work instructions in maintenance and enforcing them. - Training for maintenance technicians. - Supervising the supply of new pieces for the equipment maintenance. - Communication to process Engineers of the incidents. - Prepare the preventive maintenance plan. - Report to the Maintenance Manager of the problems as they occur. - Review the interventions and preventive maintenance. - Review the root cause of machines failures. - Review the breakdowns information’s and report to maintenance manager. - Analyse the breakdowns and propose solutions for improvements. As maintenance coordinator I had in my team 12 technicians (6 electricians and 6 mechanics)
My task was to maintain in parameters the equipments by fast reaction time when electrical, electro pneumatic or electro hydraulic problems appear. Also I had to know to parameterize a frequency converter, to use STEP 7 program for fast diagnostic, to modify the electrical drawings if is necessary and to give alternative solutions to solve the problems. I was involved in few heavy repair projects. For this I had to complete in time the papers for preventive and corrective maintenance together with my colleges, to analyze the papers in order to know the root cause of the problems, to prepare a list with materials that we need for heavy repairs, and to estimate the time that we need for those repairs. Here I was also involved in starting new production lines projects and few other additional machines. Since September 2009 I was promoted as Working Teal Leader and I had in my team 5 technicians ( 2 mechanics, 1 electrician and 2 tool fitters).
Here I participate as electric Engineer at Continuous Casting Machine start up and then I was promoted as maintenance shift leader and I had in my team 12 technicians ( 3 mechanics, 5 electricians and 4 hydraulics). My task was to coordinate the maintenance team, to order the electrical spare parts, to give solutions when problems appear, to parameterize the invertors and to learn and use the PLC software for a fast diagnose. I was member in the acceptance commission when TMK Resita bought the revolving head stamping machine from NUMTEC Intersthal Austria.
