    My role with Global Lingo was to handle some of the existing house accounts with a focus on assisting the team in developing the existing contacts and, at the same time, maximize those accounts by bring new contacts on board. The clients varied from a Financial and Banking background to Construction and Services.  I also took on a business development activity, as I added my own clients to my already existing portfolio.  During this short stay with the Global Lingo team, I had the pleasure of learning and using Salesforce, which, in my opinion, was a great addition to my skills. Main Accomplishments:
     Worked under a 5k target for the first 6 month and moved to 10k until my departure from the company.
     During his stay I was on the targets but there were some months when, for reasons beyond my control, the sales figures were not that high. However I managed to be a very good performer in terms of operation costs and profit margins, ranging from 60 to as much as 70%.
     My main focus was on the Legal, Banking and Construction industry.
     I had the opportunity to learn and use Salesforce, which was a great addition to my skills.

     Developed an ever-increasing portfolio of clients from scratch who requires accurate business translations.
     Created, developed and maintaining a client database sourced from my own network and research within the translation industry / market.
     Improved customer service levels and expedited clients’ translation projects by regularly being available to assist and implement changes needed. This also reduces clients’ costs and helped us get useful Management Information regarding at their spending patterns, budgets and SLAs. Main Accomplishments:
     Sourced more than 160 new clients from almost every European country, but with a key focus on the UK companies,
     Sold just under £2 million GBP with constant profit of at least 56-58% per each project during my 6 years stay with the company,
     Worked my way up the target from 5000 GBP (in the first year) to 25k and 30k during my last two years.
     Managed to be on target every month with extra sales spiking between 150 – 200%, especially during the best months of the year (January – March and September –November)
     My main focus was on the Technology, Legal, Construction and Advertising sectors.
     My role involved sourcing at least 3 new clients and 3 new contacts on a monthly basis, in a progression from 1 client and 1 new contact during year 1-2 to the previously mentioned target. This was mainly focused on UK, German and Nordic companies as their translation budgets are noticeably higher in comparison to the rest of Europe.
