dynamic, positive attitude, honest, dedicated
to grow socially and learn as much as I can
I have to identify myself within its organizational culture, to be proud that I work there. My interests can not be different than the ones of the company
to take the steps to the top
Depending on the project that needs to be done, I can work independently to complete my tasks on time, for example a presentation, a speech, but I also enjoy brainstorming and collaborating with my colleagues, for example each morning at briefings together with my team we establish the priorities for the day ahead together with deadlines.
the same but another level -
1. I finished University with 10.00, as Chef of Promotion. 2. At the age 25, I became Store Manager, the youngest among my colleagues. 3. I opened and leaded the largest store from my country in the company (10.000 sqm). 4. I remodeled the first store into the new store concept, when my company was bought by Auchan. My store was after the model store for the others. 5. At the age 28, I was one of the “Top 100 young managers “, chosen by Business Magazine , from my country.
to be decided if there is the case
In this direction I have a saying , that I pass to all my employees : It is always better to be constantly second best, than occasionally number one. Than means that it is better to work at a steady pace , but have constant results, than faster but always with unpredictable outcome. There is a but : when establishing deadlines I like people to respect them; and also to do things now , not tomorrow or the day after
I finally took the time to read “The One Minute Manager” – by Kenneth H. Blanchard (Author), Spencer Johnson (Author) which changed my viewpoint on how to increase productivity. In fact, after reading it, made me very happy to see that I was already on the way to became such a manager and in the same time it prompted me to deepen the orientation stage of new team members in order to make them effective with minimum of stress
