    - Maintain accurate and timely records of the customer incident using Remedy Expedio or other ticketing programs
    - Prioritise effectively according to BT SLA’s
    - Follow BT processes for incident resolution and provide feedback to process owners through appropriate channels to ensure continuous improvement of processes takes place.
    - Handover incident to Customer Assurance Team or TAC if necessary.
    - Provides support and coaching to new starters and less experienced team members and cross-training with members on other platforms
    - Work in the shift rota as required.
