Managing and keeping the "Rents" and "Site Flow"softwares up to date. Managing of the contracts and any additional documents. Monitoring construction permits and the required documents (Reception minutes from the authorities, Construction regularization fees, Execution project, etc). Call forwarding of incoming complaints from the site owners (waterproofing issues, rents status, inspections from the authorities). Generating daily status reports concering the aquisition and construction of sites.
- Responsible for managing the Charisma ERP Software and offering technical support and training to employees; - Responsible for coordinating of all project activities and making sure all targets and deadlines are met; - Manage all communications with our partners in order to maintain and improve current relationships; - Stock inventory; - Daily stock and shipments tracking; - Managing the ordering process and cargo booking for our clients; - Daily database updating; - Management of employees roles in the system; - Creating new stock deposits and verifying functionality; - Creating new accounting entries; - Support for the following departments: Accounting, Financial, Sales, Acquisitions, Service and Auctions; - Charisma ERP data quality checks; - In charge of developing the companies short term strategies;
