I was promoted to Cabin Senior in 2009 and in 2012 I became Cabin Service Director. I had an emergency landing while I was Cabin Service Director and I successfully managed to coordinate the situation on board during the flight and post landing, together with my team.I also became confident enough to deal with stressful situation under the time management emergency situation and unruly passengers on board as well in case of medical situations.
Yes I can. I do have a wide experience working under pressure conditions.
