How would you describe your personality?

I am fair, conscientious, cultured, observant, optimistic, persistent, capable, intelligent, trusting, helpful and anxious.

What are your goals in life?

My main goals today are: to have a good career as materials engineer, developing my professional and interpersonal skills and abilities.

Describe your ideal job.

My ideal job it's the one that always let me to improve my knowledge presenting  new challengers, and allow me to work with other people that can contribute to me for achieve the goals and expectations of the company.

What are the goals set for your career?

To become:
- a well recognized materials engineer;
- a lead of a develop and research team.
Furthermore, I aim to contribute with researches that brings improvement for the world and the society, and to create new patents with the results of my projects.

Are you able to work effectively in a team or independently?

Indeed, I am capable to work in both ways. I have had in my professional life excellent experiences working independently (researching and teaching) and in a team (pedagogical coordinating and developing projects and applying tests procedures with other researchers and technicians). Both experiences were very rewarding, although, the team work has the advantage of synergy, what I really appreciate.

What job would you like to be doing in 5 years?

Engineering Manager or Research Team Lead.

What are/were your most important 5 achievements in your current/past workplace?

When I worked for Flexi France, the project was developed in a third party laboratory, where I was based. There, I was mentored by the researcher lead and because of the good results of my work, they achieved to obtain a new contract to continue the research, wich allows the laboratory to contract the PhD researcher that helped me during the project.
When I was pedagogical coordinator, I could solve some difficult interpersonal issues between the clients and the company, wich gave a new perspective of the company by the clients, keeping them in the course and, later, they've started to make good marketing of the school, what let us to have more students.

What is your monthly salary expectation?

2,000 pounds (negotiable).

Can you work according to deadlines, under pressure, etc?

For sure. I have had a huge experience in work with deadlines and under pressure, that is usual for a project environment.

What is the last book you have read?

The Shack, by William P. Young.
