Prefer munca in echipa,desi nici individual nu pot spune ca am probleme.

March 2012-november 2012: Cabin stewardess, Amadeus Brilliant, Luftner Cruises While working as a cabin stewardess I was in charged with cleanliness of 16-18 cabins, also the public areas. April 2013-november 2013: Bar waiter Amadeus Silver, Luftner Cruises Working as a bar waiter I was in charged with serving the drinks to the guests, or if the bartender was not present, also with preparations of the drinks and cocktails. Also during the meals time in the restaurant serving drinks. Greet the guests and take the drink orders. Serve customers in a friendly manner, ready anytime to serve a second drink. Ready to suggest drinks in consideration to the time of day or cocktail of the day, having a good knowledge of all the drinks on the bar list. Prepare service area with sufficient supply of garnishes, straws, stirrers and any other items necessary. Settle the checks, collect payment and operate a cash register. Clean up after customers and clean work area. Other duties as assigned. Satisfying the guests requests, being friendly and whatever it was necessary. To prepare maps and what so ever needed for the next day excursion. To make sure that during the departure of the guests in the excursions the receptionist and the persons which will be on duty during the day will have everything prepared. To complete the passengers list with the details from the passports. To copy and arrange the newspapers in order for the guests to find them and to have them in all languages according with the nationality of our guests. Making the safe rounds every hour and make sure that everything is alright. in case something happened to call the engineer to inform him about the situation. I had to know informations about our docking place for next day, the itinerary and to be always prepared for the questions from our guests. I was also responsible for wake up calls, taxi orders and to check the bar bills to be in order. To play the movies during the night and to prepare the early bird coffee and tea in the Bar for our guests. I maintained a proper relation with my supervisors and my colleges. March 2015-present: Receptionist Amadeus Brilliant , Luftner Cruises As a receptionist I had to have ready for the embarkation day the lists Abc or cabin number for a much easier and faster embarkation, written boarding passes. Make the plan for the housekeeper with marks for VIP guests, single cabins and how they want the beds(separate or together).Make sure that all the instructions from the informations received before are respected(bottle of wines in the cabines,flowers or any other requests).When guests were checking in to be polite, to smile and to give them a warm welcome on board. Inform them about the second key, the safe key.Writting down and pass forward the special demanding like extra pillows, beds together,etc to the housekeeping team. Assist the guest with the informations they required. Make appointments for the hairdresser and massage according to the program of the guests. Making the payments in the disembarkation day and make sure that when the guests are leaving they left whatever they borrowed from the reception desk.
