I am interested in any childcare position : au pair, babysitter, care, education of small children. I will give my full attention to any proposal, please don't hesitate to ask for my services, I am a person one can count on.
Supervising children while playing and doing their summer homeworks, and also playing with children.
Piano teaching, beginners: 4-10 years old children.
Music theory and music history teaching. I stopped working due to a car accident.
Music theory and music history teaching.
I am very good at communicating and have strong people skills. Also, I love playing music and I play two instruments: piano and violin. I am also a talented singer and love to share this skill with my friends and family. Another passion is dancing, and I am quite good at Latin dance and zumba. I am also very skilled at working with children and I am passionate about early childhood education and development.
For my high school, Bachelor, and Master degrees, I was always placed in the head group with high honors, as a well deserved result for my continuous efforts during my studies.
I am outgoing and outspoken, honest and trustworthy, calm, warm and tender. I am also respectful and punctuality is important to me. I am very skilled with children, who tend to respond very positively to my communication style and the activities I propose. I am art-inclined--I studied music for years and I love to perform music by instrument or by voice, and to dance.
I am a person of small dreams. I hope to lead an ethical life, doing as little harm as possible to others and myself while making a contribution to society. I am active and I love to keep in good health through exercise--in particular through walking, swimming and dancing. In my line of work, I would love to help children realize their worth and give them a sense of achievement through our activities, all the while supporting them through their personal development.
I love to play. I believe that games are the perfect way to make children accumulate knowledge while keeping them engaged and excited. My ideal job would involve leading such games for children and guiding them along in their cognitive and emotional development. Any situation that involves working with children would basically be my ideal type of job. I can easily handle both group work with children and individual work/play. I also love to provide care for children, like dressing, bathing, and reading bedtime stories. Taking care of children's environment and well being is very rewarding.
I am continuously working on being a good educator. My career goal is to be part of the educational effort to support the development of children and of their independent thinking, so that they may grow up to become responsible and educated individuals that can contribute in their turn. One dream I have is to be an associate or owner of a preschool business, such as an after school centre, day care, or kindergarten.
Definetely yes, in both situations. I can manage my own projects as well as fully respect schedules that are necessary to teamwork. I love being part of teams and easily find my own place, since I am communicative, giving and passionate about common work goals and am able to delegate work to my workmates, if needed.
I would love to combine all my interests, which are modern pedagogy, music, and public relations in a project involving children, such as managing a day care centre / summer school / kindergarten.
As a music teacher in a highschool and middle school, I was very happy to contribute to the artistic development of children and adolescents. I was able to expose them to a variety of themes of discussion and opened to them a whole range of new music that they would not have had the opportunity to be exposed to. Many of them were very happy to have me as a teacher, and this popularity was a big achievement for me personally as well as professionally. I also worked in a library in my hometown, providing customer support. I was happy to find myself in the middle of bookshelves and able to orient customers to their needed books or to new subjects they mentioned. Being able to show people their way and organize books was rewarding, because I highly praise the power of education and reading in general. Of course, being passionate about music, I also loved being a piano teacher for youngsters in a music school in my hometown. Seeing the joy of discovering the power to play music on those little faces, and being able to pass on my knowledge in reading partitions and playing an instrument was a wonderful experience for me. My latest experience with children was also extremely rewarding, during summer school. I supervised children in order to provide a safe environment for them, supported them while doing homework, and played with them. I also worked with the team of other staff in organizing, catering, and supervising parties and other events. While I cannot say I had a prize or a public award, I am overall satisfied with the work I provided and felt useful everywhere I was, which is my main professional goal.
This part is fully dependent on the work market fluctuations and depending on the job requirements. I place myself in the middle price range, since I am an educated person with a lot of experience to bring to the table, but I am not greedy. I simply wish to be paid according to the position and amount of work expected.
While working with kids, schedules are extremely important. Punctuality is a must, and being ready for the next activity or action is imperative. In my work experience I was never overwhelmed by these situations, which I fully managed. Also in my long years of education as a student I managed all the deadlines and never found myself underperforming; on the contrary, I managed my time very effectively and excelled at my studies. I think there is good pressure in deadlines. If the actions are specified correctly and are taken one at a time, things can go smoothly, and even when they do not, I am able to confidently manage the situation while under pressure.
I love to read and often find myself reading more than one book at a time. These are the latest books I'm reading: A Midsummer Night's Dream by William Shakespeare, Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen (unabriged) and The Fault in Our Stars by John Green. The one that I love best is Shakespeare.
