• Managing technical processes and teams along with using technical skills to provide the necessary environment for project success. • Handling teams, estimate project budgets, schedule project timelines, arrange for resources and also help in solving technical problems as and when needed. • Analyze project requirements, coordinate with resources and direct the projects in the right direction in a timely manner. • Manage to change and effectively pass on the information down the line to concerned teams for smoother execution. • Delegate and allocate responsibilities efficiently to manage projects end to end. • Receiving technical complaints and resolving. • Following customer service contracts and planning maintenance service according to SLA. • Ensuring service, installation and commissioning data are filed regularly. • Identifying needs of technical services.
• Prepare demo systems (IPTV – VoIP – Digital Signage). • Communicate with customer / partner for complete projects within time, budget and scope. • Complete assigned task for ongoing project. • Organize / complete product training. (Customer training / partner training / new staff training). • Complete project and / or operation document. • Configure Windows Servers (Security policies, IIS, DHCP and DNS). • Install, maintain and manage MS SQL servers (Administration, Performance tuning, Backup, Disaster recovery). • Configure Cisco and Avaya. • Install, configure and manage Anevia / Cisco Streamers. • Install configuring and manage Anevia VOD Server including encryption. • Configure and support Enseo / Amino STB’s, LG / Samsung TV’s. • Pre-sales activities. • Maintain good customer and partner relationship.
• Maintain and manage internal servers (Windows 2008 – Windows 2003 – UNIX – Exchange 2003 – Active Directory). • Maintain and manage internal databases (Informix – Oracle). • Support internal users. • Maintain and managing internal network. • Maintain customer’s databases (remote or customer location). • Database backup and restore. • Install servers from scratch (for customer and / or for R&D). • Helpdesk.
• Maintain Micros product. (Workstations, Hand-held and Server). • Maintain Micros applications (Micros3700, Micros8700, Micros9700 and E7). • Cabling and Patching (for Terminals and Printers). • Recognize the problems and find the effective solutions. • Configure back office and terminals PC’s / devices based of customer request. • Customer training. • Maintain good customer relationship.
