Jet Set Planner is a tailor made luxury travel agency. My duty is helping my clients to make the best decisions about travel destinations and about all arrangements. Presenting them a personalized offer according to their expectations. I suggest to the clients where to go, tours to take, attractions to see, methods of transportation, car rentals, hotel accommodations. I update and improve agency website every month. I manage the facebook fan page, i have to increase the number of fans on facebook, i post and interact with the fans daily. I have to find an interesting and appealing destination and to present in a monthly newsletter. After sending the newsletter i have to present the statistics with a conclusion to my superior. I have to extend our customer database. I handle all the payment arrangements according to payment conditions of the suppliers, I audit and book the bills for the suppliers and from the clients. I keep the record of all the bills in the travel department.
Providing all the necessary administrative support that the Financial Division needs, ensuring the communication within the Company as well as with the Company’s clients and business partners, by phone, fax or email, keeping the official correspondence and documents (keeps IN/OUT register, archives documents, etc), handle the travel arrangements for the Director ( flight tickets booking, hotel and conference rooms reservations), ensuring the necessary supply of office consumables, translating the required paperwork. Improvising and consulting with the Financial Director about a smooth running of processes in the department.
Informing the clients about the value, content, overdue date and available payment methods for the issued invoices and to negotiate the payment terms and conditions, receiving and analyzing the clients’ comments, daily monitoring the accounts that I am responsible for, analyzing the history and activity of each client in the network, from the perspective of all data available in the system
