* ensure that all operating standards are fully implemented , maintained and exceeded through the reception to the concern departments to reach guest satisfaction. * Co-ordinate the Reception and assigns in detail specific duties to all outlet associates who are under my supervision . * Ensuring that the reception team does they're best to up sell our hotel products and services . * Promote all the facilities of the resort. * Organize transfers . * Organize special occasions . * Information meeting with the guest at their arrival (Briefings ). * Provide feedback from the Guest . * Assist all departments being receptive to the needs of guest . * Implement actions to make improvements to guest service. * Anticipates up selling opportunities where possible .
- Taking phone calls - Client-Database - Effectively manage all the situations specific to the reception - prepare invoices and accept payments - Booking clients , check in , check out - Provide information related to the hotel and the resort - Resolve customer service issues
