    As a field engineer my duties are divided into three sections:
    1- Maintenance: work with a team to
    Perform maintenance, calibration, function test and setting of equipment (sensors, pilots, mechanical devices).
    Perform pressure test equipment.
    Troubleshoot any dysfunction if observed.
    Dismantle and assemble equipment and precision mechanics equipment
    Check equipment certifications.
    2- Job preparation and execution: work with a team to
    Select suitable equipment for the well expected conditions by performing simulations.
    Cross check the P&ID and the equipment selected, adjust if needed.
    Prepare the equipment and check the certifications.
    Prepare equipment logistics (load-out and load-in).
    Travel to the rig (offshore and onshore).
    Rig up the equipment.
    Function test the set up: sensors are acquiring, all safety devices are set and rigged up correctly according to the P&ID.
    Perform safety meeting.
    Flow the well according to the test program.
    Perform trouble shooting if needed (in case of any issue during operations).
    Make the acquisition of all the parameters and send the data to the client in real-time.
    Make and transmit report to the client on daily basis.
    Rig down the equipment and send them back to the base.
    3- Post -Job
    Make a detailed report of the test performed. This report summarizes the well parameters: pressure, temperature, flow rates, type of hydrocarbon. This data are used to identify the reservoir and make strategic decision regarding the well.
    Establish equipment maintenance list.
    Review with the client the job performance and the lessons learned.

the ideal job for me is where I use my hands and my head to solve issues. Also a job where i be involved in project form the design, manufacturing, testing and installation. I like a job where travelling is part of its requirement. Also I like to work in a german style.

What are/were your most important 5 achievements in your current/past workplace?

1- I got a control automation engineering degree from the best engineering school of Algeria.
2- I was selected from over 1200 high talented student from all around the world to participate in a summer school in Munich(we were 35 participants selected over more than 1200 applicants).
3- I started an international career right away after graduation.
4- I managed to excel in my first job in the Netherlands regardless   
    the language barriers.  
5- I visited the cities I like: Munich, Vienna, Venezia, Dubai.

What is your monthly salary expectation?

I will be happy if I earn Euro 3200.
