What are the goals set for your career?

To continue to learn and develop myself in the Offshore Energy industry as a Subsea Project Engineer, gaining experience and facing new challenges, to go through the management positions to the top, and to share with others my knowledge and know how.

What are/were your most important 5 achievements in your current/past workplace?

1. Completed successfully all the projects for which I have written procedures and gave my input and solutions, keeping the Client happy regarding the project execution and completion before schedule.
2. Learned a lot more, sharing experience and problems/solutions with more experienced colleagues and managers in various offshore construction disciplines (rigid and flexible pipelines, umbilicals, subsea structures installation, pre-commissioning, etc).  
3. Strengthened my capacity of communication and negotiation with the Clients.
4.   Gained in short time the trust of the new managers and they received more challenging tasks continuously, as well being recommended from the end of one project to another project in the times when  all offshore companies including the actual were making significant personnel layoffs. 
5. Learned the 3rd foreign language and now going for the 4th.

3000 - 6000 euro

Can you work according to deadlines, under pressure, etc?

Yes, i dealt successfully, with calm and professionalism with deadlines, milestones and faced pressure or possible delays during previous project.
