Manage important business development projects with EU funds for Spanish clients like: Arema (international company that develops treatment plants, waste treatment, sewage), Rubau Construcciones (multinational group of companies acting in civil engineering, building, concession management, property development), Grupo JG (engineering service for construction, design and calculation of electrical and mechanical facilities), Taboada Y Ramos (construction, civil engineering, infrastructure development, social development), Factor N (graphic design, web and multimedia). Selected Accomplishments: -Identifying of new business opportunities for our clients: identifying bids with European funds organized by state companies respecting the clients area of business and helping in selecting the bids that best suit the customer’s needs and areas of expertise, carrying out the registration formalities ( specifications, letter of intention, technic project, clarification demand); identifying partners and contract negotiation of all the necessary partnerships; receiving and preparation of the technical and financial proposal for the selected bids and file preparation; -Co-coordinating the participation of the Spanish clients at the bids organized by the National Roads Company: “Construction of the highway Deva-Orastie”, “Projection and execution of the highway Orastie-Sibiu”, total estimated value of 530 million euro. -Preparing a detailed (500 pages) evaluation report of the renewable energy production in Romania with the purpose of attracting foreign investors. The report was capitalized for the amount of 100,000 euro by 2 interested companies activating in energy area.It also led to closure of several exclusive and representative contracts in Romania with 5 foreign investors in the area of renewable energy. -Launch a foreign trade project by identifying the area suppliers of the interest products and also the shipping companies. Negotiation off all contracts with the main suppliers and obtaining an 11% discount of the acquisition and transport costs. -Updated and developed our corporate website, including writing the texts.
Co-coordinating the company’s participation for several pitches organized by the state institutions (Romanian Trade Promotion Centre, Ministry for SMS’s, Trade , Tourism and Liberal Professions), winning and implementation of the Romanian participation with a national booth at trade fairs and exhibitions world-wide known like: Midest – France, Paris, 2008; Hannover Messe – Germany, Hanover , editions 2008 and 2009, CeBIT – Germany, Hanover , editions 2008 and 2009; Vinexpo – France, Bordeaux, 2009, Productronica – Germany, Munchen, 2009; IFE – England, London , 2009. Selected Accomplishments: -Preparing the participation file at pitches (selection of important events, negotiation with the suppliers, preparing of the technical project with the architect team, co-ordination of the working team, promotion plan concept ). -I have participated at 11 pitches and won 8 of them, with a total value estimated at 8 million .Euros, international fairs with 300 Romanian participation companies. -Implementation of the Romanian promoting plan at the international events: concept and production of the promotional materials, concept of the Romanian websites created especially for those events, the presentation cd’s, press releases and reservation of the media space in the newspaper’s owned by the host country, uploading the companies information on the official website of the event, reservation of media space on the event’s online page, indoor promotion through visual signal, developing and implementation of special events inside Romanian Pavilion. -Project implementation: space rental, in charge with handling off all formalities with the international organizer, administrating the rental contracts with all Romanian exhibitors, in charge of transport and accommodation for the official Romanian delegacy and for our own personnel, exhibits transportation, refund formalities with the state institution, calculation of transport and accommodation fee discount for all the Romanian, refund file preparation of the entire project based on the contract indicators . -New business – gaining 5 new customers (Alco Plus – pharmaceutical area , Dental Partner – dental area , Paralela 45 – truism, Rao – books area , Metal Industrie – metrological industry ) and booth rental and construction at national profile fairs and exhibitions that brought a profit of approximately 35,000 euro. -Contract negotiation and booth construction for ExpoNails (design and booth construction, banners) with a total value of 25.000 Euros -Concept of the company’s website, promotion campaign on internet using SEO, Facebook, banners on other websites copyright..
Merchandising activity for the entire product line owned by Henkel (cosmetics , cleaning products, etc.). Selected Accomplishments: -Permanent supply with all existing customer products ; -Product arrangement in order to better presentation of the merchandise ; -Check the self-price tags for each product to ensure a permanent agreement between the price of the product displayed for sale and the store label -Informs for the direct supervisor with the evolution of the price ranges and similar products provided by competitors. -Checking expiry dates of products and exposure depending on the time ( FIFO)
Developing concept and planning the implementation and promotion of a national fair – “Goodies Expo”. Selected Accomplishments: -Developing of the implementation plan for the event: structure of the commercial offer (creating the participation packages on different categories), establishing the registration formalities for all participants, identifying possible event location and negotiation of the rental costs, developing relationships with the public institutions in order to promote the event and also obtaining all the necessary authorizations , bather proposal , subcontracting booth constructors and direct contract negotiation. -Co-ordination the telemarketing campaign in order to attract as many participants as possible: supplying and preparation for the telemarketing campaign using my own data base list of over 5000 companies potential clients for the event, elaboration of the procedure and permanent co-ordination of the telemarketing team . -Developing the promotion plan : radio, partnerships with state authorities , flyers , hostess, concept of special programs during the event.
Co-ordination of entire The 11th Francophone Summit in Bucharest , event organized under aegis of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs where were present 63 heads of state and government, general secretaries of regional and international organizations, parliamentarians, businessmen, journalists for major news agencies and television channels from all five Francophone continents. Selected Accomplishments: -Coordinating a team of 230 persons, who were in charge with the following protocol areas : security of the official delegates, preparing and following the daily schedule list of every official foreign delegation , guest transportation, qualified translators , catering company , cleaning , special It equipment . -Special Awards: for my activity during The 11th Francophone Summit in Bucharest I have received a thank you letter from the Minister of Foreign Affairs and a diploma for exceptional credits offered by Mr. Ion Iliescu. -Co-ordination of the implementation of IMM Top in Romania 2006 edition: registration formalities for all the participants, verification of the financial documentation of each company and casement evaluation, publication of the winners and proper planning of the award event .
