Check identification of customers in order to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol. Take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons. Mix ingredients, such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters, in order to prepare cocktails and other drinks. Order or requisition liquors and supplies. Clean glasses, utensils, and bar equipment. Balance cash receipts.
Serve cocktails and food to customers. Remove dishes and glasses from tables or counters, take them to kitchen for cleaning. Assist with stocking supplies and making coffee. Keep work stations clean and sanitary at all times. Assist the bartender with duties as needed or requested. Performs other job related duties as deemed necessary or requested by the Bartender and/or Beverage Management.
