My achievements: Form my point of view the main achievement that I had within the company was the fact that I was delegated by the company and the team that I work with to go to UK/Portugal/Spain to provide procurement service support, trainings, workshops for Sony's employees . I was responsible to help them understand the new Procurement system that Sony was implementing with the company. I have ensured the SLA's to be achieved this way improving the contractual relationship between WNS and Sony and gained the confidence of the client to continue the contract that they had with us.

I am also responsible of the Supervisor's main activities and taking charge of the team when necessary. As a Collection Officer for the AOL company, I was able run payments into the AOL account by using their confidential information, reset their passwords if needed, close their AOL account, offering billing information, unauthorise charges.Being a Back-up Supervisor implies as well as the training with the new hired people,help them understand the procedures,how to improve their negotiation skills and how to overcome each difficult situation that they might encounter during the calls. I was in charge of improving my team's moral,which in a collection department is important, and to motivate people to do a better job and to improve their skills at all times. This job helped me a lot to improve my customer service and my negotiation skills.I have learned how to handle a team and how make them work together and reach our objective in the department.
It was a great experience because it implied working with children ,with a new category of people that actually helped me use my imagination and the best of my patience in understanding their motivation and help them succeed with the final exams in English. I managed to create a literature club were passionate pupils for literature had the possibility to enrich their knowledge of universal literature.
