In this job I had the following responsibilities: - Performing all task regarding the Environmental Integrated Authorization for the Chemical Plan (emissions monitoring, wastes management, reports to the authorities). - Creating the Risk Analysis and propose a list of tasks to be completed in order to minimize the risk at work places. - Creating procedures to be followed in order to have a safe and environment friendly intervention at incident occurrence. - Waste management (reutilization, elimination and storage) for the Chemical Plant related to monitoring of wastes generated during the process, schedule for elimination with specialized companies. - Connection with production and maintenance departments on investments (creating drawings for equipments and processes), sharing experience and knowledge. - Creating documents for workers training regarding Health and Safety, fire fighting and prevention, emergency situation prevention
In this job I had the following responsibilities: - Coordinating daily records regarding maintenance activities, which consist in inspections, preparation works, in progress works and feedback. - Creating weekly reports and feedback regarding maintenance activities and plant functionalities. - I was also responsible for buildings maintenance and divestment works. For this job I managed demolition activities for the unused buildings and equipments, plant roads revamping and bulk cement loading system revamping (customize the rail way and the weighing system that trucks and rail wagons to be loaded at the same loading point). - During the plant shutdowns I was responsible for the whole maintenance activities in a specific area. - I was a member of Maintenance Project Team (June, 2004 - March, 2006) focused to create procedures for maintenance activities regarding work and safety. In this project I have been responsible for mechanical inspections and lubrication procedures, also scheduling preventive and predictive maintenance activities. When this project was finished, I became local administrator for Computerized Maintenance Management System integrated with existing ERP software, with responsibilities regarding software upgrades, errors repairs and specific reports. - I was a member of Safety Project Team (May, 2005 - March, 2006) focused to create Risk Analysis for each plant area and elaborate a specific list of precautions to take care at each job. Also, a lot of improvements were done in order to minimize the risk of accidents.
In this job I had the following responsibilities: - Coordinating all activities during one shift regarding production quality and incidents solving (junior shift chief). - Creating records and reports regarding plant incidents. - Creating codification for the plant equipments in order to evaluate better the equipment conditions.
