RESPONSABILITATI: - conducerea si supravegherea activitatii managerilor de restaurant de la cele 4 unitati in vederea implementarii standardelor si procedurilor companiei; - conceperea si implementarea strategiilor de marketing; - stabilirea furnizorilor si a colaboratorilor specifici activitatii restaurantelor; - intocmirea rapoartelor financiare saptamanale/lunare de la toate cele 4 restaurante.
RESPONSABILITATI: - supravegherea, coordonarea si organizarea activitatii restaurantului in vederea atingerii targetului stabilit; - coordonarea personalului (angajarea, instruirea si motivarea angajatilor, minimalizarea fluctuatiei de personal); - asigurarea calitatii serviciilor si a produselor; - gestionarea cheltuielilor; - marketing – studii de piata, strategii de promovare restaurant;
RESPONSIBILITIES: - management and supervision of restaurant managers from the 4 units to implement company standards and procedures and HACCP standards; - designing and implementing marketing strategies; - establish suppliers and partners specific to restaurants; - weekly reports with profit, food cost and labor cost. ACHIEVEMENTS: - successful opening last 3 restaurants (hiring staff,training and organization); - management of the four restaurants under the operational model imposed by the company.
RESPONSIBILITIES: - supervision, coordination and organization of the restaurant in order to achieve the target set; - coordination staff (hiring, training and motivating employees, minimizing turnover of staff); - providing quality services and products; - marketing - market research, strategies to promote the restaurant; ACHIEVEMENTS: I was promoted to shift manager after 7 months at the first restaurant wich had 220 places and 60 employees. I was responsible for opening and management of the second restaurant that we've opened.
