The planning process involves forming a team of experts required for effective completion of the project. State the purpose of the whole project and assign the team members specific roles. Another responsibility is to plan out the resources needed for the project and chart out a budget plan. Developing and maintaining cordial relationships with clients and team members, act as a link between both the parties, deal with problems that arise within the project team or issues with the clients, conduct regular meetings with team members to know the status of the project and also to make certain changes and improvements, if necessary, to achieve the desired results. Prepare and present project reports on a regular basis. Supervise whether the team members are working efficiently and motivate and influence them to put in all their efforts to accomplish the given task successfully. After the project is completed, conduct a meeting with the team to evaluate the whole project and to discuss the results and identify the key factors that led to the completion of the project and also those that were not beneficial for the project, so that they can be avoided in the future.
Implementation management from a financial point of view, for all the projects developed by Aviva Europe tested for the first time in Aviva Romania. Manage the effective & timely delivery of accurate reporting for local statutory and regulatory reporting needs and Group management. Manage the accounting and reporting teams in the recording of business transactions in the Company’s accounting records in accordance with statutory, regulatory and Group requirements. Understand and interpret financial information from a business perspective & communicate effectively to both local and Group management.
