I was working inside the reservation department dealing with more the 25 tour operators from Europe. The main job was to answer emails send by the tour operators regarding new reservations and availability requests. Checking many times during the day the booking systems provided by our collaborators and putting inside the system the new reservations, I want to mention that I was working with Multi Travel reservation system and also sometimes with Ermis. I was sending every Sunday reservation lists to the hotels that we had in commitment and also to the ones that we had in allotment. Also I was rep for Prestige Tours, one tour operator from Romania, which was sending every Wednesday one charter from Bucharest to Santorini. I was arranging info meetings with the clients of Prestige Tours, explaining them about the island where to go and providing them the best solutions about the restaurants in the area of Kamari and Santorini Island, selling excursions inside the Caldera and around the island. I've been working as a receptionist, the main responsibilities were to greet the guests, make the formalities of check in and checkout, arranging the reservations, taking payments, helping the guests with the luggage storage by informing the bellboy, storing valuables, ordering taxis, wakeup calls, informing the cleaning staff when we had check out.
