At Benvenuti I had the chance to be formed by a team of professional trainers and here I developed my bases in everything concerning management, software skills, correct paperwork, and most important, the course they taught - sales based on psychological tactics, course that defined me throughout my future sales experience.
This job was the closest to my heart as hospitality was the main requirement and as this quality is native for me i had a great success with both my customers and my employer.
As I was 16, this was my first job for the winter season, besides cleaning tasks, I had to sell as well as i could and at the end of the month I got the biggest salary.
