Coprin SRL activates in Constructions Field. It started as a small company with only 2 employees, but afterwords it has grown up to 18 employees, the majority of workers beeing plumbers, professional plumbers specialized in central heating and all other industrial plumbing equipment. We began as a civil constructions company, and developed as industrial plumbing systems, managing to have important clients such as big romanian and foreign antreprenours . Responsibilities: My responsabilities are very complex. In fact, trying to face the economical crises that affected most of the small contruction companies, I tried to manage both the economical, financial and the sales departaments, but also do secretary work and administrative. I tryied to reduce all kind of unnecesary costs, I tried to renegotiate mosts of our contracts with all kinds of providers( telephone lines providers, leasing companies, banks- credits, transporters/couriers, all colaborators- trying to renegociate discounts but also rents and salaries).I am responsable also with primary accountancy, but also with sales and marketing. Achievements: My main achievements are reducing considerably all costs and dealing ok with this "economical crises". Also, big achievements are in marketing, where I managed to capture valuable clients and contracts.
Company activity field: Trans Cargo Express - TCE Logistica is a memeber of RTC holding, a important romanian concern that includes aprox. 60 comapanies. TCE activates in the transpost fiel, its main activity being that of a courier and cargo transport company. Responsibilities: Area Sales Manager- Timis, Caras Severin, Hunedoara and Bihor. I started as the first Sales representative of TCE Logistica, but also beeing a premiere in this field, TCE beeing the first cargo and courier comapny that had a sales representative. My main responsabilities were keeping a good relation with the acctual clients, finding new clients and trying to solve their problemns in dealing with the Logistic Departamnet. This includes daily tasks to keep up with any important transports, making sure that all is OK and the transport timing suits the clients needs. For this to happend, I had to integrate myself in the logistic departamnet, keeping a good relationsheep with both drivers, call center employees, and all kind of logistic employees. Achievements: My main achievements were raising the sales in my area, developing a good and strong sales team, and also keeping a good relationsheep between sales and logistics .
