Since 2004 I started my own company. At first, the activity of the company was focused on vehicle repairs and maintenance. As an associate I had to supervise all activity, and in my spare time I had to organize and lead the accounting department, accountancy being my field of expertise. During the three years of the activity I had the chance to learn about vehicles - cars in general - and try different technologies of maintenance and repair. I learned to paint, I learned to change different mechanical parts, and most importantly I learned how a garage works and that every one has an important role there.
During my first 5 years of work in the company listed above, I was attending the courses of the Science Faculty of Petrosani, Accounting and Administration Informatics. After graduation, I had a training period and in the summer of 2005 I was promoted in the head of the accounting department. This is my main job ever since. As an accountant, I am supervising all aspects of the business, including training employees for the data entry operator positions. I am processing all legal documents for the company, invoices, receipts, selling reports, bank operations and statements. I am preparing all legal statements, balance, balance sheets, all tax, vat and legal declarations. Also among my duties is keeping the records for all employees, pay-rolls and all other legal aspects.
For 6 months I worked as a IT technician in a company that sells computer related products - hardware, software and various other electronics and communications systems: cash registers, electronic scales, CB radios, video surveillance and more. My main responsibility as a technician was to prepare computers for our customers, operations involving all hardware preparations and installations, testing performance and systems stability. The second part of my task included software installation, more stability tests and finally the delivery to our customers. In additions to all this, I had an important role in the service department, as we put diagnostics for defective hardware parts and managed all relations with suppliers including orders for all hardware spare parts and replacing defective parts under warranty.
I started working as a data operator at the company listed above. In fact, my main responsibility was to process all primary acquisitions and sell documents, all entries in primary accounting journals and administration of the ERP software system. Occasionally I had to resolve some tasks involving, but not limited to client - supplier relations, and supervising orders and the acquisition process.
