Involved in developing a residential project in different stages and grades. - Promoted, negotiated and sold an industrial building in the City Navodari, Constanta County which was then transformed into a collective apartment building. At the request of the new owner of the property I offered technical advice on site, consisting of: - Direct management activities for execution of works; - Identifying solutions for resolving nonconformities and settings; - Allocation of technical resources and materials, labor according to the deadlines and the evolution of the work fronts. Achievements: I led the activity of execution, development works and modernization, by managing a team of 48 people.
