The main responsibility is to make sure the customers are content and they have everything they need; Participate of development activities in advertising actions, interacting with customers (information about games, promotions, etc.); Customer service and conflict settle; Training and slot staff evaluation; Slot staff organization; Supervision of the activity in the game room; Effectuate daily and monthly statements; Repairing small damages (bill acceptor, buttons, etc.); Evidence of customer V.I.P. Taking and forwarding orders to the bar;
-customer service in financial terms; -preparing necessary documents for cash desk evidence: balances, cash, stocks; -verification of slips filled in by the slot attendant; -effectuate daily and monthly statements.
