Handling the insurance claim process flow for deceased customers, the insurance claim process flow for unemployed customers, the correspondence with the Insurance Companies for insurance and loan recovery process, the archiving process flow for mortgage loans, the registration of guarantees within Electronic Archive database, the swift message transactions based on conditional payment order instructions, the transaction processing based on memo instructions, the balance transfer process flow, the property insurance maintenance process flow and the mortgage maintenance process flow, as per the procedure in place; ensuring the issuance of the confirmation letter for loan closure and letter for status of the loan to the customers; ensuring the issuance of the releasing letter for inferior rank to the customers, of the agreement letter for selling mortgage property to the customers; ensuring the issuance of the confirmation letter for OCPI to the customers, the erase of insurance pledge / electronic archive to the customers; ensuring the issuance of the agreement letter for house damage to the customers; ensuring all the necessary updates into IRIS (exchange rate, BOR interest rate, COF, allocation matrix, etc.) and system UAT for all changes & implementation; monitoring overdraft limit at their expiry date, analyzing and instruct OD portfolio renewal as per the procedure in place; charging the customers current accounts with the registration fees (when needed).
Ensuring that all local (NBR) and RBS regulations are strictly adhered; responsible for the quantitative and qualitative analysis of applicant requests for loans and lines of credit; evaluating the customer records and recommend payment plans based on earnings, savings data, payment history; generating financial ratios, using computer programs, to evaluate customers' financial status; reviewing individual or commercial customer files to identify and select delinquent accounts for collection; comparing liquidity, profitability and credit histories of establishments being evaluated with those of similar establishments in the same industries and geographic locations; reception, registration and completion of documentation submitted by customers; drawing reports concerning the low-rated customers; ensuring the conclusion of contracts, addenda to contracts for such supplies and the electronic archive; ensuring the operation of data into the computer system needed to record customer identification and completion /updating of alterations based on documentation received after approval
Handling the registration of guarantees within Electronically Archive and charge the customers current accounts with the registration fees, accordingly to the procedure; handling the charge and reversal of PRL fees, interest, instalments, commissions, etc for Consumer client; Monitoring all overdraft limits at their expiry date , analyze and instruct OD portfolio renewal; handling the insurance process in place; making all necessary transactions for deceased customers and unemployment; handling the correspondence with the Insurance Companies for insurance and loan recovery process; monitoring the insurance expiring date and follow up with Sales for renewals; making the necessary calculations, according to the pre-payment or total reimbursement procedure; handling the loans cancellation into the system (IRIS/SCORE); ensuring balance transfer processing, as per the procedure in place; ensuring & handling the issuance of all kind of addresses &official communications to the customers; Setting up the credit parameters into the system and is responsible for all the necessary up-dates into IRIS(exchange rates, credit parameters modifications, policy parameters up-dates into the systems etc); completing all mandatory on-line trainings (e.g. Compliance, Anti-money Laundering etc.).
Ensuring all credit applications, retail loans and credit cards are verified according to the procedures in place; ensuring all credit applications are checked in CRB/CB/AE; phone verifications; ensuring notification of Fraud Manager on any suspicious application
