Experienced in technical call center operations providing service by communicating directly with technical and non-technical customer. Provide desktop & laptop support by phone for over 400 clients in all my country - Romania - and in person in an area of 200 km. Plan and lead training sessions for new existing clients in my area of 200 km. Support as necessary on a 24-7 when necessarly, by phone or over the Internet. Identify, isolate and repair computer equipment showing problems as well as during preventative maintenance routines.
