As a part of the Front Office team, I had an important role in the Guest Relations team as well as Minibar My duties in the Executive Lounge, weren’t just setting up the buffet for breakfast/lunch/dinner. I had an important role managing, training and motivating the staff to make sure that every guest is completely satisfied with our service, as well as responding to guests complains. Welcome and acknowledge each and every guest with a smile, eye contact , and a friendly verbal greeting using the guest’s name when possible.
