    TOTAL WORK: - from aug 2010 – present Executive Chef at “Eurest” in Bucuresti. Doing events all over Romania in different outlets of “Eurest” with capacity from 250 pax to 2000 pax. Taking part in food festival named “În jurul lumii”.
    
    - from april 2010 – july 2010 Executive Chef at “Ramee Guestline Hotel”, a 4 star property at Dadar, Mumbai. Here apart from room-service, outdoor catering, banquets, conferences, food festivals, i took care of 2 restaurants the “Punjabi Tadka” and “Tea Lounge“ with specific indian and chinese cuisine along with multicuisine menu. Restaurant capacity 120 covers with hotel consisting of over 45 rooms along with suites;
    
    - from january 2010 - march 2010 invited as Executive Chef in Mumbai for the pre-opening of a 160 covers multicuisine restaurant with specific indian and chinese cuisine called “Vrock Liquids and Cuisine Restaurant”. I was responsible for menu planning, budgeting, training of staff, organising kitchen along with restaurant decor for smooth opening of restaurant;
    
    - from sept. 2008 – nov. 2009 Executive Chef in 4 star “Vigo Hotel‘in Ploieşti with over 40 rooms and suites. One of the most popular multicuisine with specific romanian cuisine in Ploieşti Vigo Ristorante was opened by me. Restaurant with capacity of 80 covers, also a terrace of 40 covers with 2 conference rooms;
    
    - from january 2008 - september 2008 Executive Chef for S.C.”Day& Night” S.R.L. company for the following outlet with specific romanian cuisine along with multicuisine;
    
    - “Casa Bella Hotel”: hotel with 30 rooms. Restaurant with a capacity of 80 covers and a terrace of 60 covers;
    
    - “Restaurant Nord”: capacity of 120 covers and terrace of 80 covers. Also renewned for italian cuisine;
    
    - “The Club”: discotheque with capacity of 600 covers;
    
    - from dec. 2007- jan. 2008 Executive Chef at “Laguna Pool Club” in Ploiesti. Prepared New Year’s Eve menu and summer menu;
    
    - from aug. 2006 – dec. 2007 Executive Chef at “Vienna Café” restaurant in Ploiesti. A restaurant with total capacity of 120 covers and terrace of 200 covers multicuisine as well as specific romanian cuisine.
