Responsibilities: : Sets up side station, work areas and performs assigned side work duties outlines in the training manual; provides immediate attention to all guests upon seating; oversees the distribution of menus to guests as well as service of ice water; answers any and all questions regarding menu items, relates daily specials and offers menu suggestions; take guests food orders and repeats orders to ensure accuracy before leaving the table; expedites food orders as necessary, making sure all proper garnishes are on plates, inspects plates for presentation before leaving the kitchen; serves meal; pleasing proper dishes by courses in front of each person without "auctioning off" food; knowledge and accuracy of table numbers and seat position; checks back to ensure quest satisfaction. Give instruction to my waiters team and assigned them every day to their duties. Maintain them in a good condition and train them to do the best in their job. ,INVENTORY,SUPLY THE BAR AND THE KITCHEN

take food and beverages orders; table maintenance during the meal; replenishing beverages when necessary removing any paper, wrappers straws, etc not in use; check back to make sure that the food is proper before leaving the kitchen; refill the glasses, bread baskets or coffee cups; taking care of the buffet making sure that the food is in proper condition and fresh; polish the glasses, silverware for restaurant service and buffet; clean the service areas and refill everything necessary for the following day/shift;
