From april 2008 until february 2009 I worked in England(United Kindom), first at Old Court House Hotel three star hotel in Jersey(United Kindom) as chef de partie until they close hotel for winter time, after I worked in Thatcham(United Kindom) at Regency Park Hotel four star and 1 rosette hotel as chef de partie.
From october 2007 until february 2008 I worked at Atlantica Bay Hotel four star hotel in Limassol(Cyprus) as a cook
From june 2006 until september 2007 I worked at Proconfort Company, first at Hotel Confort three star hotel in Bucharest(Romania) as a cook, later being promoted as a chef de partie and moved at Hotel Rin a four star hotel, as well in Bucharest(Romania).
From september 2003 till october 2004 I worked as a assistant cook in Marriott Hotel five star hotel in Bucharest(Romania), where I’ve been taught the rules regarding cleaning, health and safety at work, the basics in culinary, the importance of mise-en-place and organizing the place of work.
