    •	Conductele pe care am lucrat  erau formate din mai  multe componente si anume: tevi, armaturi, vane,clapeti ,supape de siguranta. Elementele componente ale conductei fitingurile avand rol essential in modificarea sectiunii de curgere a lichidului, teurile, coturile, reductiile si flansele care sunt de mai multe tipuri.
    •	Suporti pe care i-am intalnit sunt fixi si mobile si sutin conducta.
    •	Echipamentele: pompe, compresoare,schimbatori si TK-uri.
    •	Capetele componentelor avand o grosime mai mica decat 3 mm nu se sanfreneaza iar de la 3 mm pana la 9 mm se sanfreneaza in y.
    •	Componentele cu grosimea mai mare de 25 mm se sanfreneaza in u. 
    •	Teava se taie la dimensiunea prevazuta in desenul de confectie de teava se curata pe o lungime de 25 mm si se sanfreneaza.
    •	Abaterea sanfrenului nu trebuie sa depaseasca 0,8 mm.
    •	Pentru rostul de sudura se realizeaza intercaland adaosuri de sarma cu grosimea egala cu valoare rostului.
    •	Alinierea componentelor poate fi concentrica sau excentrica.
    •	Dezalinerea se datoreaza diferentei de diametre interioare, iar pentru a elimina aceasta problema aceaste diferente se va prelucra interiorul cu frenza sau piatra de biax.
    •	Pentru alinierea componentelor se folosesc dispozitive de centraj.
    •	Imbinarile dintre conducte, vane, conducte, fitinguri si echipamente se realizeaza prin suduri cap la cap si sudura de colt  tip mufa.
    •	Pentru imbinarea mufelor se va introduce teva pana in fundul mufei se traseaza se retrage teava cu 1,6 mm asigurand un joc de 1,6 (+0,4;-0,1) mm intre capatul tevii si mufa.
    •	La montajul sistemelor de conducta mi-a trebuit ani de experienta prin care mi le-am deprins practic in cunuoasterea desenului izometric, cel de montaj al echipamentelor suportilor si cel de executie.
    •	Tipul de notare a unei conducte este 10” SCH 40 A106 grad B, insemnand 10” diametru nominal al conductei. SCH 40 – numarul de marcaj care se ia in functie de grosimea peretelui si presiune. A106 grad B – specificarea matarialului.
    •	La realizarea montajului conductele pleaca dintr-un sistem in altu dintr-un echipament in altu sau dintr-un echipament in alt sistem.
    •	Din linia izometrica SM -41-10020 se continua cu linia izometrica A3-57-SM- 1 30 JB 1

    •	Dupa confectionarea lor ele se montau dupa desenul de montaj pe puntea petrolierului tinandu-se cont ca si intr-o rafinarie de numarul de coaste care erau asemenea coloanelor de orientare din rafinarie.Aceeasi procedura se aplica si la suporti.

       Pentru desenele de executie italiene pentru petroliere se foloseau o gama larga de operatiuni  de debitarea si se  realize cu ferastraiele mecanice. Taierea coturilor care se realiza prin masurarea exacta cu raportorul la ferastraiele mecanice, Exemplu din raza lunga a unui cot de 90 grade se scoteau segmenti de 15,35,60 grade. Se foloseau masini de sanfrenat nu in toate cazurile in unele cazuri se folosea si polizorul. La tevile extragroase sanfrenul se facea cu autogenul, La unele tevi de inox debitarea unor canale se facea cu unele masini speciale pentru montat compensatoare.
