    Main responsibilities
     - Coordinating the team responsible for designing and implementing a HR system performance (6 members);
       - Project manager of Performance development program and planning – Career model (kpi - key performance indicator);
    - Activity Efficiency and continuous improvement of the organizational structure by developing training
       materials and deliver it to each departmental level, based on identifying training needs;
    - Delivering Induction training for the new employees on specific projects;
    - Coordinating a team (five members),  part  of  Project Culture and Values (in order to create an organizational culture and values for employees to identify with);
    - Offering assistance in attracting other projects in our department ( in order to sustain the development plan for my colleagues);
    - Colleagues representative in relation to top and line management on issues of motivation and satisfaction;
    Technical responsibilities
      -  Present findings and recommendations concerning audit activities to managerial team;
       - Prepare internal audit materials and develop internal audit plan;
       - Manage the implementation of the daily or monthly activities reports - collecting, analysing and sending them to the top management;
       - Direct involvement in identifying solutions to improve workflow and its ideatic development;
    - Periodic testing software and applications for payment processing, reporting the feedback of these tests, to both superiors and programs developer;
    - Responsibilities in supporting and carrying out major projects in the bank processing;
    - Ensured execution of transactions covered by partnerships with foreign banks;
    My achievements:
      - Implementation a gradual training system who support career plan for all employees of the entity (induction to expertise);
      -  A career plan based on individual performance and professional development;
      - Implementing a communication plan and to motivate employees to create and strengthen an organizational culture;
      - Increase employee retention and confidence, by facilitating communication with the top and line management;
      - Training sessions for 160 people;
      - 20 induction sessions for new employees;
      - Counselling and promotion of employees for senior positions;
      - Bonus system based on performance by converting activities in standard units of measure;
      - Reconciliation work with partners in over 250 branchuri at a higher level of satisfaction;
      - Implementing the internal audit plan;
