I worked in Romania and France for cruise ships using Pro-Engineer Wildfire 2, software. I constructed sheetmetal stainless steel parts and entire welded assemblies(over 80 components for an assembly in BOM generation) for Suite wet units baseframe (douche bloc sanitaire ) for STX Europe naval company in Saint-Nazaire France using Pro-E. I used external references for an easy modification between parts of assemblies and assemblies.
I constructed casting parts for air system, plastic parts for cooling system(water tanks for Delphi company) and assemblies for Automotive, trains, and earth moving equipment engines ( Caterpillar, Perkins ), using PRO-Engineer Wildfire 2 software. Also I modified parts conform with Caterpillar standards.
I designed the inspection fixture devices for checking hydraulic pipes from aircraft jet engines, using PRO-Engineer WILDFIRE 2 .
I worked at the department of design rubber and plastic parts and molds for clients from France (C.F. Gomma Group) and Italy using Pro-Engineer 2001 ( Surfacing, Solid, Sheetmetal, Assembly, Drawing, Pro-E Mold Design ) and CATIA V5.

Using Part (solid & surfaces), Sheetmetal, Assembly and Drawing modules of PRO-E 20 & Pro-E 2000i, I designed (conversion 2D3D+detailing, measurement3D 2D drawings and improvement of design for new vacuum cleaners.) electromechanical parts for vacuum and cleaning equipment and I constructed many components parts from other companies which fitted in the vacuum cleaners assembly. Also I created the parts for the vacuum cleaners to be displayed in the cleaners manuals . Also here I setup my config.pro file and the Pro-E formats tables and parameters for the drawings. I have a lot of mapkeys which speeds the model creation.
Using Part (solid & surfaces), Assembly and Drawing of PRO-E 2000i, I constructed mobile aluminum casting seats, for Amtrack train cars and I simulated the parts movement. ( Short term Project )
I designed(modeling) 3D solid plastic and sheetmetal parts for electronic and mechanical scales and I simulated the parts movement using the following modules of PRO-E 20: Part (solid & surfaces), SheetMetal, Assembly, and Drawing. For example one project consisted of replacing 5 sheetmetal parts with one injection plastic part , using Pro-Engineer . The purpose of this replacement was eficiency and economy and reducing of costs.
The Domain of activity consisted in data conversion, particulary 3D-CAD Modeling, using PRO-E, for clients from USA and abroad. I constructed (modeling) 3D solid, sheet metal, and casting parts for GE and John Deere companies using the following modules of PRO-E 18.0: Part (solid and surfaces), Sheet Metal, Assembly, Drawing. Here at this american company I lerned the Pro-E software where I attended a course of Pro-Engineer.
2.) I worked at the department for Designed the Molding Technologies, the office for CAD. I designed parts for body of a car and body structure using the following modules of EUCLID 3.1 software: Advanced Surfaces, Sheet Metal, 3D Solid, Drafting annd Detailing. After conversion 2D3D (modeling), I was designing the stamping and the molding technologies for sheetmetal parts. In overtime I created a C program for determining the best sheet metal format for the punching operation of the semi-finished product out of the format. 1.) I worked at the department of Quality Control of car parts, the office for CAD. I constructed control devices for checking the quality of car parts, using CAD software EUCLID 3.1
