Assist tourists with all the aspects for any reservation, from organised tours to vacation at their leisure or booking cruises. Assisting tourists on the phone by giving them all the necessary information about reservation or future reservation for vacations. Assisting our Travel Agents for promotion of the tours and cruises. Follow up after every booking with the partners abroad. Attending Tourist Fairs, and training session to improve our methods or PR and selling. As a Shore Excursion Staff, I am giving information about the excursions, selling them, applying refunds, preparing all the necessary reports about excursions, dealing with the comments, preparing all the necessary paper work for future cruises, escorting tourists in excursions.

As a Receptionist on “MS Amalegro” Vessel of “Sea Chefs” Company, I was doing the check in and out, I was preparing the papers for the Embarkation or Debarkation of the Passengers, giving information about the Program of the Cruise, helping the Passengers with everything they might need, I was doing the Menus, the Daily Program, I was selling souvenirs in the Shop of the Vessel, answering phones, dealing with the complains, I was giving information about the excursions, selling shore excursions, helping with the loading of the products for the vessel.
As a Travel Guide in Turkey I was doing the transfer of the tourists from the airport to the hotels and back, I was providing all the information that they might needed, I was dealing with all the problems that the tourists might had during their vacation. I was selling excursions and I was providing them all kind of information about what they are going to see meaning (historical, geographical, economical, political…etc). I was joining them in all the excursions, where I was telling them all the information about everything they were seeing, and I was translating from the local guide when we were in a museum or any other historical place.
As a Purser I deal with the embarkation and debarkation of the passengers, check in and out, cash money, splitting accounts, joining accounts, remove gratuities or charge some more, selling shore excursions and giving information about them, selling shuttle transportation from the pier to the airports, deal with all the complaints, manage lost and damage luggage, lost and found items, giving all the necessary information about the schedule of the casino, shops, dining rooms, bars, disco, polls, camp carnival, spa, gym, theatre, cinema, meetings, formal nights, video arcade, sushi restaurant, making reservation for the 5 stars restaurant etc…Answering phones, sending apology letters.
As a Tourist Agent I was selling vacation packages, giving information about own vacations, arranged tours, transportation, renting cars. I was developing ideas about new packages, new offers and discounts for repeaters. I was preparing all the necessary papers for the tourist, always providing all the necessary help in order to start their vacation relaxed. As a Tourist Guide, I was going in Greece and Turkey in arranged tours, escorting the tourists, taking care of their accommodation, customs details, sight seeing walks, excursions, arranging special nights for birthdays, and dealing with all the problems the tourists might have on their stay.
As an apprentice at Muntenia Hotel I have learned to check in and check out the tourists, to reserve a room, to use a credit card for paying for the bills, and of course to give them directions about our city, information about the restaurants from our city, cinemas, recreation locations, theatre, museum etc. As a Tourist Agent I was selling excursions, giving information about them, helping them to make the right decision for their holidays.
I have been working as a tourist agent for one of the best tourist agency in my hometown. Every day we had new clients with different taste and different desires.
