Support of sales and commercial managers Acquisitions of direct/indirect materials/services and works, according to internal guidelines (including Export Control and Customs regulations), for tenders/offers and projects in execution phase; Preparation and processing of all related documents (purchase orders, invoices etc.) in SAP and hard/soft copy, ensuring adequate archiving; Supplier selection, management and development according to internal guidelines and Contract negotiations and follow-up; Analysis of the tender request/awarding documentation and evaluation of the existing technical and commercial risks and chances; active role in the preparation of offers, insuring technical, financial, commercial and contractual conformity; Responsible within the offering/tendering team with the gathering/collection of all necessary information and data, in order to process them to obtain the final offer; Detailed planning of the tendering/bidding process, evaluation of the necessary costs and time resources; Preparation and elaboration of tendering eligibility documents according to customer awarding documentation Preparation and elaboration of the financial and technical offer, according to customer awarding documentation Preparation and finalization of the offer / tender calculation, including filling in the technical specifications. Handing over the projects to the project roll-out team (technical and commercial) together with the sales and commercial manager. Ensuring adequate electronic and hard-copy archiving of the completed offers/tenders/bids.
