I worked in this bussines over 10 years. I start as a waiter in a small restaurant in Romania and from 2002 after I graduated the Housekeeping College on Carnival Cruise Lines I was a stateroom stewaedess for almoust 4 years on 5 of the company ships.In 2005 I was working as a housekeeping supervisor in a 4 stars hotel Casa Marina and Reach resort till 2006 when I start working as a waiter in the same location till 2008 apr.In oct 2008 -2010 march I worked as a waiter and captain waiter at the Ballenisles Country Club Palm Beach Gardens Florida . I like this job and I would like to aquire more experience and improve my knowledge in the hospitality preparing my self for a future leadership position in this field.
• Assistant general Manager-I was responsible for 160 rooms Hotel operations and for 3 restaurants for about 500 seats ,making sure all the managers knows their duties everyday and all the guests are happy with their staying at the hotel. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Captain Server- A 250 seats restaurant with a la carte service for lunch and dinner. I was cheking and preparing all side stations for a day of work and supervising all waiters to do their duties. Helping them serving tables and make sure all guests are happy and their expectations are achieved.
