Verificarea realizarii produselor finite conform standardelor AMRAZ și cerinţelor legale locale. • Responsabil de calitate în conformitate cu standardele internaţionale ISO 9001- 2000, HACCP și GMP. • Planificarea și administrarea bugetului departamentului. • Agreerea cu Departamentul Planificare a volumele lunare de producţie bazată pe prognoza anuală a cererii (aproximativ 480 milioane de unităţi) primită de la Departamentul Comercial. • Revizuirea săptămânală și lunară a realizării planului de producţie și investigarea posibilelor diferenţe între plan și execuţie. • Supravegherea prin auditul departamental zilnic a conformităţii cu privire la siguranţa, siguranţa alimentară și standardele și cerinţele de calitate • Instruira supervizorilor departamentului pentru gestionarea instrumentelor LEAN (5S, analiza cauzei rădăcină utilizând instrumentul 5Why) pentru a atinge obiectivele departamentelor în ceea ce privește volumul și eficienţa. • Liderul sesiunilor KAIZEN iniţiate pentru a îmbunătăţi indicatorii de performanta departamentali • Gestionarea strategică a depozitului în conformitate cu politicile și viziunea companiei. Ensure and check the attainment of finished products according with AMRAZ standards and local legal requirements. • Responsible for quality according to the ISO 9001-2000 ( from 2005 certificate like Internal Audior), HACCP and GMP international standard (Quality Management System Certicate from 2015). • Plan and administrate the department budget. • Schedule and agree with the Planning Department the monthly volumes of production based on the annual demand forecast (around 480 million units) received from Commercial Department. • Review on weekly and monthly basis the achievement of the production plan and investigate possible differences between plan and execution. • Oversee by daily departamental audit visit the compliance regarding work safety, food safety and quality standards and requirements • Train and coach the Department Supervisors to use all the performance management LEAN tools (5S, Root cause analyze using 5Why tool, Quick change over analysis) in order to achieve the departments targets in terms of volume and efficiency. • Departmental KAIZEN team leader, leading the KAIZEN sessions initiated in order to improve the departmental budgeted business indicators • Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision. Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations • Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization • Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures • Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security • Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system • Prepare annual budget • Liaise with clients, suppliers and transport companies • Plan work rotas, assign tasks appropriately and appraise results

Initiation and review of preventive maintenance activities and / or predictive maintenance activities designed to minimize reactive. Budget management of fix and variable production costs, and the maintenance of production equipment and auxiliary . Organize , implement and follow-up the production processes and maintain the collaboration with the other departments in order to ensure the good activity of the department. Responsable for quality according to the ISO 9001-2000 , HACCP and GMP international standards.Lay down the production reports and administrate the department budget using ERP ( SAP ) system. Analyze and report the investments and follow-up their accomplishment. Schedule , communicate to the Planing Department and follow up the preventive maintenanceplan for the department equipments.Collaborate with the technical departments of the equipments suppliers in order to assure a correct preventive maintenance and/or to obtain a better performance of the equipments .Train and coach the Department Supervisors to use all the LEAN Performance Management System tools ( 5S , Problem solving , Root cause analysis , Quick change over ) in order to achieve the departments targets in terms of volume and efficiency . Departamental KAIZEN team leader , leading the KAIZEN sessions initiated in order to improve the departamental budgeted buisiness indicators .Collaborate wit the Technical Country Manager to the launch in production of the new products using PFMEA tools . Achievements: Together with the department team we succeed to increase in three months the prior departmental performance indicator with 19 % ( from 78% to 97% ) and in the same time to reduce the consumption with 1% of the main raw material , results which we are sustaining also in the present ( after five months ).

Propose , plan and report the facilities investments and follow-up their accomplishment. Schedule , agree with the Planing Department and follow up the preventive maintenance plan for the department equipments and manage the maintenance costs. Coordinator or , depending of requirements , member of the ITF team( Improvement Task Forc Team ), team that aims to improve the plant key buisiness indicators and reduce the waste generating in his way savings . Analyze and report the investments and follow-up their accomplishment. Schedule , agree with the Planing Department and follow up the preventive maintenance plan for thedepartment equipments and manage the maintenance costs. Analyze and coordinate the reactive maintenance in case of equipments breakdown. Achievements: Last achievement : create a new packaging mode for PET 1 litre beer = 12 pet in a bax instead of 9 PET in a bax ( the new packaging mode increase the warehouse capacity with 11% , increase the transport capacity with 10% , reduce the shrink foil consumption with 18% and reduce the strech foil consumption with 12% ; the only cost for this new packaging mode was a new palletizing soft program = 3000 Euro).
Responsibilities: -Takes care and follows the planning programe according to the ITW programe and KPI targets; - Make plans together with the maintenance department and check s the preventive maintenance program for all the bottling lines equipments - Makes the monthly bottling and raw material consumption reports in cooperation with the Projects Responsible; - Makes the working schedule of the operators from the Bottling Departament and takes care of the holiday planning; - Suprvises the training and performance levelof the operators , plans the operators rotation from one working place to another; - Keeps the connection with the QA Departament to ensure that the highest possible standards of hygiene and product quality are met; - Check the shift leaders and operators activity and their reports; - Responsible for the measurement devices calibration;
