Estuar is a national organization that provides mental health services. In my town we have a day center for adults with mental problems. The main objectives of the organization are: information and counseling services, social reintegration services. I coordinate general knowledge and health group and my responsibilities regarding those meetings are: Planning the monthly schedule, choosing the topics with the group members, gathering the material for each session, mediating the free discussions during the weekly assembly. I also assist to the social inquiries when I have the opportunity.
Main activities and responsibilities: My responsibilities as a social worker assistant where: -keeping children files up to date ensuring their confidentiality. -individual and group therapy: I focused myself on autistic children -doing individual therapy consisting in developing the children language and their social skills. -offering support and guidance to the families of the children with disabilities. -participating at the periodical social evaluation of the family.

Among this projects you can find "Child Aid" - a special program developed for increasing the level of education and living standards of children in third world countries; "Teacher Training" - a program designed to train new teachers for the third world countries; "HOPE Humana" - a program made to raise the level of awareness and educate people on HIV/AIDS; and other humanitarian programs. Responsibilities: Learning how to promote protection methods against HIV/AIDS; offer counseling to people infected by the virus; promote their integration into society.
