organizing and managing the manufacturing process in a controlled manner, respecting the technology according FRIU and technical prescriptions in order to obtain optimal results in terms of quality and economic -responsibility for planning the production activity in accordance whit refinery strategy and allocated budget. -coordinating the activity of environment protection, identify and monitoring environment aspects; -coordinating all pre commissioning/commissioning after revamp, start-up and participating directly in revisions and overhauls; -analyzing lab data and make parameters adjustment according with Euro standards for fuels; -monitoring and control all the parts of the units (static and dynamic): pumps, columns, reactors, heaters exchange, liquid and gas separation vessels; -implementation of instructions, procedures for environment and operators safety; -proposing organization structures in order to assure rational utilization of the workforce and quality of the performed work; -supervising major investments objectives from the feasibility study to start-up. -working in counseling of ‘’SOLOMON ASSOCIATES’’ USA for the project ‘’TOP 25 REFINERYS’’. I managed two ,,best practice team” with 8 members each. - involved with DuPont Company in a project for increasing the level of safety in Refinery. Team leader of ’’Process Safety Management’’ subcommittee involved in development of ‘’Management of Change’’ procedure and updating of all P&Id’s from refinery.
