What are your goals in life?

Financial independence that allows me to live a normal life, help my own, take a vacation once in a while.  A job that brings inner satisfaction and helps to achieve the above mentioned goals.

Describe your ideal job.

One in which there is a balance between expectations, work load,  remuneration.  A healthy work environment where I can give and receive, where I can learn and beter myself, where my input, work ethic, loyalty are appreciated, where I feel respected, where I come with pleasure.

What are the goals set for your career?

An HR management positon would be nice some day down the road.

Are you able to work effectively in a team or independently?

Both, although I preffer to work independently since I have good prioritizing and time management skills.  Once I know what is expected of me, I know how to organize my schedule/days/week.

Human Resources

What are/were your most important 5 achievements in your current/past workplace?

Earning my undegrad degree while studying in a foreign language while living in a foreign country and having to working two jobs at a time in order to pay for what the scholarship did not cover.  It was a period in my life when I sacrificed a lot in order to reach my immediate goals of getting an education.  Geting my own living place even though very modest is another important achievement for me.

yes (provided that I got the proper training and the work load is not the kind that would kill a normal employee under normal circumstances.
